Ticketing FAQ

This event is sold in US Dollars and all transactions will be charged in US Dollars.

ALL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Adventures in Wonderland accepts payments according to two schedules:

  1. Payment in full up front
  2. Payments over time on Adventures in Wonderland’s automatic payment plan.

All packages must be purchased in advance of the event and will not be available onsite.

Unfortunately, there will not be single day passes or concert only tickets available for Mars Island.

Yes, please email info@adventuresinwonderland.com and we will do our best to upgrade you as long as the requested package is still available.

Early Entry, tattoos and massages are available add-ons that must be purchased before you get to the island. Please note there is a very limited supply for all.

Soundcheck is not an optional add-on. Only Daydreamer and Phoenix (Ultimate Experience) packages will include soundcheck.

Yes, you may purchase the number of packages based on the amount of beds available in your requested accommodation type. Please be sure to write a note at checkout that you are purchasing these packages on behalf of a group that would like to room together. This is the best way to guarantee your roommate requests. Please note: you will be prompted to enter information for each attendee in your group at checkout.

Yes, you may purchase multiple packages. Please be sure to write a note at checkout if you are purchasing with the intention of rooming together or as a gift. Please note: you will be prompted to enter all attendee information at checkout.

We will evaluate requests on a case by case basis. Please email your request to info@adventuresinwonderland.com with your name and order number.

You will receive your package confirmation via email in the form of a downloadable ticket. Each ticket will contain a unique barcode that can be scanned on your mobile device or printed as a hard copy. You must present this ticket at check-in along with a valid ID (Passport or EU National ID) in order to board the ferry. Upon successful validation, you will receive your festival credentials that must be worn for the duration of the event.

Croatia tourism requires a valid Passport or EU National ID.

Yes, there is a six month payment plan option. Once your first payment is made, your remaining payments will be taken out on March 15th, April 15th, May 15th, June 15th and July 15th. February 29th is the last day you can choose the payment plan option.

Travel FAQ

Mars Island is located off the coast of Sibenik, Croatia.

Mars Island is accessible by our ferries. You will be assigned a ferry for both arrival and departure after your ticket has been purchased. This enables us to ensure your arrival on the island is as smooth as possible. Depending on your ticket type ferries will depart in the following windows:

Early Entry on Thursday: 2pm
General Entry on Friday: 1pm – 6pm

Check-in for your pre-scheduled ferry will be one hour prior to ferry departure time.

Please be aware that should you miss your ferry, we will do our utmost to reallocate you onto another ferry to the island, however there is limited capacity and it cannot be guaranteed that there will be space on the next available ferry in peak times. If you miss the last ferry on Friday 21st August we will be able to arrange another boat for you, however this will be at an additional cost. We recommend arriving early and grabbing some food at one of the many seafront restaurants near the port.

Check-in time is dependent on your allotted ferry time which will be confirmed after purchasing your package.

We will try and accommodate you on the next available ferry pending availability. However, if you are unable to board a ferry within the predetermined ferry schedule, you will be charged a fee of $130 USD each way (Subject to change based on availability.)

Yes, there are a small number of restaurants and cafes in the area. For anyone checking in on Thursday, August 20 for Early Entry, we recommend eating lunch prior to boarding the ferry as food service on the island does not begin until dinner.

When you check in at the port your bag will be tagged and placed in the cargo of the ferry. Upon arrival on Mars Island, a staff member will deliver your luggage directly to your room. Please note, it may take some time to deliver your luggage to your room, so we recommend keeping anything you will need immediately in a small bag (swimsuit, toiletries, etc.). We also recommend having proper luggage identification and a lock on your suitcase in the event that you are sharing an accommodation with other attendees.

On the Island FAQ

We’ll be announcing our full schedule of activities before the event, however we’ll have yoga, watersports, screenings, stargazing, meditation, and much more throughout the weekend.

The weather will be largely humid, sunny, and hot. Remember to bring ample sun cream and a hat! There are plenty of places to keep out of the sun and all accommodations have air conditioning.

Unfortunately, we will not be hiring volunteers for this event.

There will be no scheduled ferries during the festival returning to Sibenik. If you need to leave the island in order to take a trip to the mainland during the event, you will need to purchase a pass from the Info Desk.

All bedding and shower towels will be provided. You may however, want to bring a beach towel for swimming and sunbathing.

Mars Island is a dry event, meaning that alcohol is not available for purchase and attendees are not allowed to bring alcohol (or drugs!) to the island. Please see our RULES and Terms and Conditions for more information.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included. There will also be soft drinks and snacks available throughout the day. For anyone checking in on Thursday, August 20 for Early Entry, we recommend eating lunch prior to boarding the ferry as food service on the island does not begin until dinner.

There is a medical center on site providing support 24 hours a day. Costs for basic care such as cuts, burns and dehydration will be covered, but any injuries requiring special medication or departure from the island will be at your expense.

There will be a merchandise store open for the duration of the event. However, we encourage purchasing merchandise from The Mars Store online prior to the event to guarantee your size and availability. All merchandise purchased prior to the event will be available for pick-up on the island.
 

You can bring a small selection of snacks and soft drinks, clothing, swimwear, etc. There is limited space in shared accommodation, so please be considerate of those you are staying with and pack appropriately. It is recommended to leave valuables at home. Please see our WHAT TO BRING section for more guidance.

No, there are no camping pitches and all packages include accommodation.

Mars Island is limited to attendees 18 and over. As passports must be scanned for the Croatian Tourism Department, we will know whether attendees meet age attendance requirements.

Yes, WiFi will be available throughout the site.

You can pay by credit card, debit card, or cash only in the local currency, Croatian kunas. Please note, we cannot accept euros or any other cash currencies on the island. There is an ATM located on the island but we recommend planning ahead and bringing cash with you prior to arrival.

All accommodations are lockable. A key will be provided to each attendee upon check-in. We also recommend having proper luggage identification and a lock on your suitcase in the event that you are sharing an accommodation with other attendees. While we do our best to ensure the safety of your belongings, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Yes, please inquire with the Info Desk located near the Walk on Water Harbor between 8:00AM and 8:00PM.

The Info Desk will be open from 8:00AM to 8:00PM near the Walk on Water Harbor. Feel free to ask a staff member if you need assistance outside of these hours and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Roommates FAQ

Roommates will be randomly assigned unless otherwise requested. To choose your roommate, email your request to roommates@adventuresinwonderland.com with your name/ticket number and the name/ticket number(s) of your desired roommate(s). If the ticket number(s) is not included, your request will not be considered. Please coordinate with your group and designate a group liaison to send ONE email with the necessary information. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot make any guarantees.
