We want everyone to enjoy Mars Island and are working hard to make it as accessible as possible.
Access around the site
The event is set on one of Croatia’s historical Dalmatian Islands. The terrain is beautiful but rugged, and hosts rocky beaches, woodland, and landscaped areas.
The majority of the festival site ground surface is comprised of a mixture of grass and gravel. There are a number of pathways that run through the site, one of which is a tarmac-covered road that links the entertainment areas. Other pathways feature more natural terrain. There is occasional steep incline, however the majority of the island has a gentle undulation. Trakway will be laid wherever necessary in order to smooth the existing ground surface. Please be aware that some areas of grass and gravel might need covering before entering.
Please note that the concert arena is smooth stone and there is a viewing platform for attendees.
2 for 1 Tickets
We operate a Personal Assistant or ‘2 for 1’ accommodation option, whereby you are able to bring a Personal Assistant who gets free entry. This is only available if you have purchased a ticket for yourself and would be unable to attend on your own. This is not a guardian ticket and assistants must be 18 or over. We require a scan or digital photograph of the following relevant evidence:
A confirmation letter showing receipt of government support or allowances from your country of residence, dated within 12 months
If severely sight-impaired, proof of registration (blind)
A letter from a doctor or medical professional confirming you could not attend the event alone
Please be aware that we aim to operate on a case-by-case basis – no two people are the same and we understand that everyone has unique requirements. If you have any questions, or feel that your requirements haven’t been addressed here, please get in touch with us directly.
Please be aware that there is limited space at the viewing platform and while we do our best to ensure that you can watch with your personal assistant, we cannot guarantee this space.
Service animals are permitted throughout the festival grounds, however this does not include emotional support, therapy, or companion animals which will be turned away. If you have a service animal and would like to attend the event, please contact us in advance and we will provide credentials. Any animals without credentials will be turned away and tickets will not be refunded.
